Parsley, sage & thyme, the timeless green trinity are at the center of this blend, with a dash of garlic, sea salt & pepper.

It is best to sauté the vegetables, fruits & nuts of your choosing till tender, then add a generous amount of this seasoning just before folding in your toasted bred crumbs & moistening all with olive oil, or stock. 

The stuffing is now ready to bake, either in a bird or in a buttered dish.
